This painting displays a portrait I painted for “Art & Mindfulness. Virtual Program for Creativity and Well-being”, which I’ve designed and offer to companies.
I created this artwork in a group setting, with my students, after a 5-minute mindfulness meditation. Before making our art exercise, we explored Norman Rockwell’s artwork (1894–1978, USA), a prominent painter and illustrator known for his keen reflection of the country's culture.
