This painting displays a landscape I painted for “Art & Mindfulness. Virtual Program for Creativity and Well-being”, which I’ve designed.
I created this artwork in a group setting, with my students, after a 5-minute mindfulness meditation. The title of the dynamic is “EXPLORING SELF-CARE AND LANDSCAPE PAINTING”, where, before making our art exercise, we explored Gerardo Murillo’s artwork (1875-1964, Mexico), aka Dr. Atl, a landscape painter.
