Frequently, I make up two different versions (or maybe more) of a same artwork. I do it in diverse mediums, such as this case where I previously worked, in a digital environment, “The Intervention 8” (https://fineartamerica.com/featured/the-intervention-8-veronica-huacuja.html).
I made up “The Intervention 9” driven by the same motivations as in the cited previous artwork.
The title of the artwork intends to be polysemous. So, the verb to intervene, to occur between two things or two actions or two states is what this work is about.The medium size of the canvas and the close-up format give the observer no other opportunity but to look.
