One topic that calls my interest as an artist is the drama I read on the faces of the people in official mugshots. I stop to think upon the motivations that made this men take decisions that affected their lives and the lives of others for good.

I'm currently reading "In Cold Blood" by Truman Capote, one of the great masters of American literature. In this book, Capote explores the inner lives of two dangerous perpetrators, revealing their personal histories, upbringings, and the circumstances that motivated their criminal careers.

One thing I’d like to add is that my work is not an apology to crime. It’s my interpretation of a social phenomenon.
